Panasia has been offering Pan-MSCS and CBT/IBT education program to customer for easy operation.
Pan-MSCS is service for satellite control system, which shows the status of the Panasia product (BWTS&Sox scrubber) in real time. If an RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) is installed on the vessel, the service can be used by connecting the GPS cable of the vessel to the RTU. through this service, customer is able to check not only for real time status of Panasia system and life time of spare parts, but also monthly report of system operation.

In addition, spares can be prepared in advance according to the diagnosis of the system, so it is expected that the vessel will be able to maintain smooth operation in the future. In order to satisfy customers in the future, Panasia will continue to upgrade its service. 

 

CBT(Computer Based Training) / IBT (Internet Based Training), an educational program, is also being provided to customer. In the case of Crews who are not familiar with the product due to often switching fleets, they may occur claims often due to inexperienced operating skills. To avoid this situation in advance, Panasia developed easy training tool via computer and Internet base. 
In the case of IBT, education is possible with upgraded contents in real time, and big data will be collected for better operation.
Another advantage of CBT/IBT is detailed information.
As shown in the photo below, 3D modeling data of major parts are provided to help users easy understanding, total 24 parts of modeling data are in service and will be gradually expanded.
Users can also watch the System's basic configuration and the operating principles of each component through the video.




According to the superintendent of one of Greek shipowner, who is already operating CBT/IBT, "Most manufacturers' Maintenance Manual is in the form of a complex book consisting of only text, making it difficult for English-unfamiliar crews to respond properly when there is a problem. On the other hand, in the case of Panasia's CBT/IBT, it has a great advantage that it can overcome the language barrier because it provides Trouble Shooting through video. In addition, because it has a search function, crews are able to find the necessary content immediately, so it has high time-efficiency,". 

 

Panasia said the service will provide with free of charges during the first year as a way of thanking its customers for purchasing Panasia's products.
