On the 28th, PANASIA, an environmentally friendly system supplier, celebrated its 30th anniversary in the Crystal Ballroom at Seomyeon Lotte Hotel, Busan. PANASIA started off as Beom-A Precision Engineering in Jangrim-dong, Saha-gu, on October 10, 1989. Since then it has become the second largest supplier of ballast water treatment systems in the world, and the largest supplier of desulfurization systems.

- 30th anniversary ceremony attended by 260 people

The ceremony was attended by about 260 people, including Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Heo Yong-do, President of Busan Ilbo Kim Jin-soo, and President of Pusan National University Ho-Hwan Chun. 

Soo-tae Lee, CEO of PANASIA, said, “Because of our employees’ passion and commitment, and because of the support our customers showed us, PANASIA has become the way it is now,” adding, “We will do our best to become a 1-trillion-won company by 2025.”
