PANASIA has initiated 2^ndworkshop, held on 15^th~16^th Feb. in BEXCO(Busan Exhibition & Convention Center), with the title of “The Global Market Leader”.

 In the first day of workshop, several subjects related to work, such as guidance for future growth development, strategy for technology development(to improve competitiveness), long-term plan to communicate, suggestion & inquiry to have better corporate policy, measure to reduce cost and expense, were presented. And in the second day, the workshop successfully closed after the mountain climbing planned for employees and departments to communicate closely.

Robert(Soo Tae) Lee, CEO of PANASIA, commented that ‘the communication between employee and management, and promotion of employee’s desire to achieve goals via sense of ownerships’ are critical factors for us to achieve SOAR2020, a long-term goal of PANASIA. He added that the workshop
fully provided an opportunity for us to remind personnel vision and sense of ownership. Then he made
public his intention to have periodical workshop in order for employees to enhance their capability and solidarity.
