USCG AMS APPROVED BWTS, GloEn-Patrol™

In accordance with BWTS Rule represented by USCG(United States Coast Guard) as of June 21^st, 2012, it is enacted that only the vessels who are equipped with BWTS approved by USCG are allowed to call at the port in USA.

In consideration of the fact that it takes approximately at least two and a half years or three years to acquire USCG type approval for BWTS, 5 years of grace period from the ratification of  USCG’s BWDS(Ballast Water Discharge Standard) has been given to the vessels by the application of AMS(Alternate Management System)

As a result of Panasia’s utmost effort, GloEn-Patrol™, Panasia’s BWTS, obtained AMS approval as of April 29^th, 2013. Up to now, only 9 manufactures including Panasia have obtained AMS approval and thanks to high technical background of Panasia,   
 
GloEn-Patrol™  is the only system to obtain AMS approval by utilizing UV (Ultra Violet) in Korea. It is the fact that only three manufactures adopting UV treatment method are on the list of AMS approval throughout the world.

In addition to the above, Panasia has already obtained ABS, LR, RINA, RS, CR type approvals,   the Netherlands flag approval, DNV ATEX approval, G8(nation flag approval) and G9(Active substances). Besides, more approvals including DNV, JG(Japanese   Government) and BV are presently being processed.
