PANASIA has incorporated the C&C PANASIA Inc. on Jul. 15th, 2009, as the Joint Venture in USA. To extend the influence in the environmental business area and to achieve mutual benefit in the US market as well, PANASIA established an alliance relationship with PREFERRED UTILITIES MFG Corp. in Danbury, Connecticut, which had a long history and excellent experiences in low NOx burner and utility control system industry in the US. 

C&C PANASIA Inc. opened the office at Concord city in California, and it is on the progress of taking the initiatives in the US market for plant and marine environmental protection systems.
