First in the world, ATEX Explosion-proof certificate given to PANASIA’s Ballast Water Management System , GloEn-Patrol™ by DNV.

Since started the test for Explosion proof type GloEn-Patrol™ by DNV from June of 2009,
PANASIA has obtained ATEX Explosion-proof certificate issued by DNV.

Taking this opportunity, the GloEn-Patrol™ has been fully qualified to apply to all kinds of vessels including tankers and gas carriers.

The DNV ATEX CERITIFICATE shows EX II 2 G Ex px IIC T4 as an explosion protection marking.

Especially, it means the GloEn-Patrol™ is entitled to install in “Zone 1” Hazardous area like pump room, on-deck area and other hazardous areas for the ships carrying dangerous liquid 

and liquefied gas as cargo except for cargo hold only.

Last week, PANASIA already made a contract with a Japanese shipyard for Explosion-proof type B.W.T. system for chemical tanker requiring delivery by Aug. 30, 2010.
